Regular Rates (Canadian Funds)

• $115 nightly (4 night minimum)
• $625 weekly (7 nights)
• $40 key deposit (refunded upon return of keys)

Rental Policy:

• All rates must be paid at reservation. We will not block off your booking dates until payment is received.
• Minimum 4 night stay required.
• Check-in time: 4 p.m.
• Check-out time: 12 p.m.
• Both check in/out times maybe be flexible, depending on availability.
• All rates and policies are subject to change.
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allowed

Refund Policy:

• Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee.
• For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, payments will not be refunded.
